Before you subscribe
Is the video analysis automatic? +
No. A human coach watches your video and writes the analysis personally. Nothing about the analysis is generated by software.
Can I cancel? +
Yes, any time, from your billing page. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and nothing renews after that.
Can I switch between Premium and Ultra? +
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades are handled from your billing page, and the price difference is applied by the payment provider.
What happens to my videos? +
Submitted videos are stored privately and are only ever visible to you and the coach reviewing them. You can request deletion or a full export of your data at any time from your settings page.
Do you store my card details? +
No. Card data goes directly to the payment provider. Aeris Tennis stores only a reference to the payment, never the card itself.
