Billing & cancellation

Last updated: October 2026

How subscriptions are charged, how to cancel, and how refunds are handled.

How you are charged

Premium and Ultra are subscriptions. The price and the renewal interval are shown on the pricing page and again at checkout, before you pay. A subscription renews automatically at the same price until you cancel.

Payment is taken by our payment provider. Aeris Tennis never sees or stores your card details. Paid access is activated only when the provider confirms the payment — visiting a success page does not, by itself, grant anything.

One-off purchases

If the owner has enabled paid video analyses beyond your included allowance, the price is shown and confirmed before you submit the video, never afterwards.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from your billing page. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.

Upgrades and downgrades

You can move between Premium and Ultra at any time. The payment provider applies the price difference for the remainder of the current period.

Refunds and the EU right of withdrawal

EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Where you ask us to begin supplying digital content immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once supply begins, that right ends at that point.

If a video analysis you have paid for is not delivered within the published turnaround and you no longer want it, contact us and we will refund that purchase.

Price changes

Existing subscribers are notified before any price change takes effect, and may cancel before it applies.
