What the service is

Aeris Tennis provides recorded tennis coaching lessons, a personal video analysis service performed by a human coach, and training tools including an AI assistant for members on the appropriate plan.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Accounts are personal — sharing credentials, or redistributing lesson content, is not permitted.

Video analysis is a human service

Personal video analysis is reviewed and written by a coach. It is not instantaneous and is not automated. The published turnaround time is a target for normal circumstances and is displayed before you submit.

We do not guarantee any particular improvement in your tennis. Coaching is advice, and results depend on your own practice.

Aeris AI

Aeris is software. It is not your coach, it cannot watch video, and its suggestions are not the coach's professional opinion. Treat its output as a planning aid. Where the coach has written something, the coach's words take precedence.

Aeris does not give medical advice. If something hurts, stop and consult a qualified medical professional.

Content and intellectual property

Lessons, analyses and training plans remain the property of Aeris Tennis and its coach. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable right to view them while your membership is active.

You keep ownership of the videos you submit. By submitting one you grant us the limited right to store it and show it to the coach reviewing it, for that purpose only.

Acceptable use

Do not upload anything unlawful, anything featuring a person who has not consented to being recorded and shared, or anything that is not a tennis video submitted for coaching purposes.

Ending the agreement

You may cancel or delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why where we are permitted to.
